We bought a Otto dinning table with 8 chairs for our new house. The house construction was delayed for a few months and Icon By Design was happy to keep the stock for us with a 30% deposit. The furniture was built with good quality at reasonable prices. Though a few chairs arrived with dirty marks, their after sale service was good to resolve the matter to our satisfaction.

As a fan of mid-century furniture design, the product looks fantastic. The materials are of the highest quality, and assembly was very straight forward. It is very satisfying to see the shelving in situ; very classy addition to our home.

Very high quality furniture, great design and well put-together. We purchased a solid walnut entertainment unit, and from the minute we unpacked it, we knew it was high quality. Beautiful timber. This is real furniture, not particle board/ veneered junk. This will last for decades, so it makes sense to pay a bit more for something genuine. Ordering and delivery process was easy, and great communication along the way. The unit was very well packaged and protected when it arrived. Would gladly purchase from Icon by Design again.

Before purchasing our sofa set they offered a virtual walk through to see them and the others that were on display at their warehouse store. We’ve had them for 5 months now and they still look and feel great. 5 stars from us for quality and design.

I was unsure about purchasing furniture online, however I couldn't be happier. The table and chairs are exactly as portrayed in the photos. Service was friendly, professional and prompt even in the midst of COVID complications.

My favourite thing besides how beautiful the products are, is how comfortable the chairs are! We sat with our guests until 2am drinking wine and everyone commented on how comfortable they were! My friends bought the chairs the next day for their own place!
